Remove the screw cap.
Remove the plastic plug.
Replace the screw cap. Turn it until its really tight.
If its 'tight' point is not 'square' to the bottle DO NOT loosen due to the aesthetic... KEEP IT TIGHT as this will prevent the bottle dropping from the cap.
