SHIPPING POLICY

  • All of our products differ in size & weight, which in turn alters the price of postage.

  • Orders are sent out to you via RoyalMail or a reputable Parcel Company such as UPS. This ensures you a safe and fast delivery.​

  • Orders can take up to 5 working days to be dispatched. This however maybe effected when we are awaiting delivery of raw materials, but we will keep you informed if this is the case

  • We ask that you allow time for your orders to arrive. 

  • If your delivery has not arrived, do not hesitate to contact us.

RETURN POLICY

  • Returns are accepted under necessary conditions.

  • We do not accept any cracked candles that have been used to be returned to us. 

  • When a candle is returned to us, a full analysis of the candle will be carried out, to determine what and/or the cause of a problem is.
